We are seeking a Recruitment Consultant with experience managing the 360 Recruitment process. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in business development, account management, and team leadership. As a Recruitment Consultant, you will be responsible for client engagement, managing the recruitment process, staying updated on industry trends, and collaborating with the internal team to ensure client satisfaction.
Roles and Responsibilities:
+ Identify and engage potential clients through targeted sales efforts, networking, and relationship building.
+ Develop and execute effective sales strategies, exceeding revenue targets.
+ Build enduring relationships with clients, understanding their recruitment needs, and providing customized solutions.
+ Manage the full recruitment process from start to finish, ensuring a seamless experience for clients and candidates.
+ Qualify job requirements and effectively communicate information to colleagues.
+Cultivate candidate relationships and conduct full-cycle recruitment activities.
+ Stay informed about industry trends, market conditions, and competitor movements to inform sales strategies.
+ Translate market intelligence into actionable insights and results.
+ Collaborate with the team to ensure coordinated client satisfaction and elevate team performance.
+ Participate in goal setting and reporting to maximize performance
Requirements:
+ Previous experience as a 360 Recruitment Consultant.
+ Proven track record in business development and account management.
+ Ability to qualify job requirements and effectively relay information to the team
+ Sourcing and recruiting experience.
+ Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
+ Proficiency in other languages is advantageous.
+ Fully remote work
