Working at the intersection of the Talent Acquisition team at Arthan and the leadership team at Equilead
Work closely with peers and the Equilead team on building the gender narrative and inclusivity hiring for the social sector and with peers to build knowledge, data and engagement strategy for women and jobs in social impact space.
P&L element to the role and also demands strong project management, ability to coach people to success, strategic execution and a lot of tangible impact.
Arthan aims to be a catalyst to place people in the impact space in 2024-25, with 50% women ACCESSING mid and senior leadership opportunities in impact.
Time Split
10% Talent acquisition for your key partners,
40% key account management across Indian and global social impact space, working on mid-senior and leadership level mandates with a lean team of researchers.
30% team management, coaching and stakeholder management across Arthan and Equilead and
20% lead, strategize, and execute audio/video events, conferences, and build a narrative for gender, equity and diversity for women as a dialogue and practice for Arthan and Equilead
Build a community of women and create engagements for access and inclusivity
