Job description

Role: Lead Recruiter - 9 month maternity cover

Location: Remote Working, We offer Choice based working that gives you the opportunity to work from a UK location of your choice, we also offer various Konica Minolta office and Regus office spaces across the UK. You may be required to travel to a customer at the needs of the business.

Package: £36,000 - £48,000 plus 15% bonus.

We are seeking a Lead Recruiter (9 month Maternity Cover) to join our team at Konica Minolta!

As a Lead Recruiter, you'll play a critical role in managing the full recruitment lifecycle across the UK, ensuring we attract, assess, and hire top talent in an efficient, and inclusive way!


In this stand alone role, you'll drive strategic talent attraction efforts, proactively source candidates, and build strong talent pipelines to meet evolving business needs. Partnering closely with hiring managers, people teams, and senior stakeholders, you'll provide expert guidance on recruitment best practices, market insights, and talent acquisition strategies.


A key part of this role will be continuous improvement, leveraging data-driven decision-making to optimise processes, enhance candidate selection methodologies, and ensure a seamless recruitment experience. You'll also champion Konica Minolta as an employer of choice, engaging with social media and recruitment marketing to strengthen our employer brand.


With a focus on efficiency, stakeholder collaboration, and delivering an exceptional candidate experience, you'll be instrumental in driving recruitment success and shaping our talent strategy.

  • Proven experience in a demanding recruitment environment managing multiple stakeholders.
  • Expertise in direct sourcing, talent attraction, and innovative hiring strategies.
  • Previous experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS).
  • Ability to multi-task and manage conflicting priorities while handling a high volume of roles.
  • Self-motivated and proactive mindset with the ability to work autonomously and collaboratively
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with high attention to quality and detail.
  • Data-driven approach with the ability to interpret recruitment metrics to inform decision-making.
  • Passion for talent acquisition and providing a best-in-class candidate and hiring manager experience.
