About the role:

The Operations Lead will be responsible for driving outreach efforts, fostering partnerships, and ensuring smooth onboarding processes for providers and clients. Working closely with the International Launcher, this role combines outreach, relationship management, and operational coordination to advance project objectives and enhance system efficiency.

This is what you will do: 
  1. Partner Engagement and Outreach:
  • Conduct outreach calls to potential partners, introducing the project and its objectives.
  • Facilitate partnership discussions and secure meetings with points of contact (POCs).
  • Meeting Coordination and Follow-Up:
    • Manage meeting logistics, ensuring all arrangements are seamless.
    • Attend meetings with partners to present the project and discuss collaboration opportunities.
    • Conduct post-meeting follow-ups to address queries, provide further details, and move partnerships forward.
  • Documentation and Insights:
    • Document meeting insights, action points, and progress updates for internal use and reporting.
    • Maintain accurate records of partnership and onboarding stages.
  • Provider and Client Onboarding:
    • Support relevant stakeholders during onboarding.
    • Guide providers and clients through the onboarding process, ensuring a smooth transition into the system.
    • Conduct Inspections on provider partner vehicles in the case of ground ambulances
    • Monitor progress and address any challenges to streamline onboarding.
  • Operational Coordination:
    • Support ambulance live tracking to enhance dispatch operations and ensure real-time efficiency.
    • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve operational issues and optimize processes.

    Requirements

    • Proven experience in operations, partnerships, or client onboarding roles.
    • Strong communication and relationship-building skills to engage with partners and clients effectively.
    • Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities with a focus on attention to detail.
    • Proficiency in tools and platforms for scheduling, documentation, and live tracking (e.g., CRM systems, Airtable, GPS tools).
    • Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and independently when needed.
    • Familiarity with healthcare, emergency services, or related industries is a strong advantage.
