As a Customer Success Manager, you bridge the gap between Treatwell and our salon partners in the Brussels region. This is a remote role, but you will have regular in-person meetings with our local team in Brussels.
Once the sales team closes the deal, you take the lead in onboarding and retaining salons, ensuring they maximize the value of our products. Whether guiding hesitant partners, onboarding new salons, or upselling additional features, you’re the trusted expert who enjoys visiting salons, helping them grow, and ensuring their long-term success.
The position is located in Brussels. As we don't have a physical office there, you'll work remotely from home, however, visit the salons in Brussels regularly and meet your colleagues at a co-working space.
