The Role:
Amega Group is seeking an experienced International Customer Success Manager to lead and drive our global expansion in the forex brokerage industry. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in client management, with a proven track record in identifying and securing new growth opportunities.
Main Activities and Responsibilities:
Act as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring a seamless customer experience.
Assist with client onboarding, including KYC verification and account setup.
Provide guidance on platform features, tools, and market updates without offering financial advice.
Handle client inquiries via phone and email, ensuring exceptional service and support.
Collaborate with internal teams (Compliance, Support, and Marketing) to enhance the client journey.
Ensure all interactions comply with regulatory requirements.
Requirements:
Proven experience in customer success within the forex brokerage industry
Strong understanding of forex trading, market dynamics, and regulations
Excellent strategic thinking, leadership, and negotiation skills
Ability to drive growth initiatives and establish strong business relationships
Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
