Job description

Customer Success Manager

The Role:

Amega Group is seeking an experienced International Customer Success Manager to lead and drive our global expansion in the forex brokerage industry. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in client management, with a proven track record in identifying and securing new growth opportunities.

Main Activities and Responsibilities:

  • Act as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring a seamless customer experience.

  • Assist with client onboarding, including KYC verification and account setup.

  • Provide guidance on platform features, tools, and market updates without offering financial advice.

  • Handle client inquiries via phone and email, ensuring exceptional service and support.

  • Collaborate with internal teams (Compliance, Support, and Marketing) to enhance the client journey.

  • Ensure all interactions comply with regulatory requirements.


Requirements:

  • Proven experience in customer success within the forex brokerage industry

  • Strong understanding of forex trading, market dynamics, and regulations

  • Excellent strategic thinking, leadership, and negotiation skills

  • Ability to drive growth initiatives and establish strong business relationships

  • Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
