Job Requirements:

  • Min 2.5 years proven experience in social media management, with a focus on execution and video editing. 
  • Proficiency in social media scheduling and analytics tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Sprout Social, Buffer). 
  • Strong video editing skills with experience in tools like Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, or mobile editing apps like InShot and CapCut. 
  • Familiarity with best practices across various social media platforms, including Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter, and TikTok. 
  • Excellent written communication skills with strong attention to detail. 
  • Basic graphic design experience (e.g., Canva) is a plus but not required.

Core responsibilities:

  • Implement the social media calendar by scheduling posts across various platforms (e.g., Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter, TikTok, etc.) using scheduling tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Buffer, Later). 
  • Ensure all content aligns with the approved brand guidelines and messaging. 
  • Edit short-form videos for social media platforms, ensuring they are optimized for each platform (e.g., Reels, Stories, TikTok, YouTube Shorts).
  • Add captions, transitions, music, and other elements to enhance engagement and brand alignment. 
  • Monitor and respond to comments, messages, and mentions in a timely and professional manner. 
  • Track post engagement, including likes, shares, comments, and interactions, and provide regular reports to the team.
