      • Proven experience as a Social Media Specialist or in a similar role
      • Excellent written communication skills in Brazilian Portuguese and intermediate proficiency in English.
      • Customeroriented mindset with the ability to handle social media inquiries politely and diligently, redirecting customers to the appropriate support channels when needed.
      • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
