Job Requirements:

  • Proven Experience: Minimum of 2 years as an Virtual/Executive Assistant or in a similar role, supporting high-energy, entrepreneurial environments. 
  • Tech-Savvy Expertise: Proficiency with AI tools like Descript, ChatGPT, and Canva, as well as experience managing social media platforms and troubleshooting integrations. 
  • Exceptional Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to provide clear updates and professionally represent the executives voice. 
  • Social Media Acumen: Experience managing accounts on platforms like Instagram and X, with a proven track record of increasing engagement and optimizing workflows. 
  • Highly Organized & Detail-Oriented: Demonstrated ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously, prioritize effectively, and maintain precision in execution. 
  • Adaptability & Proactivity: Thrives in a fast-paced environment, with a strong ability to anticipate needs, solve problems, and adapt to evolving priorities.

Core responsibilities:

  • Real-Time Communication Support: Be readily available via phone during the workday to capture ideas, provide updates, and assist with real-time problem-solving, acting as a constant resource in the executive's ear. 
  • Content Management: Use tools like Descript, ChatGPT, and Canva to transform voice recordings into high-quality podcasts, social media posts, and other content for platforms such as Spotify, Instagram, and X (formerly Twitter). 
  • Social Media Management: Oversee social media accounts, troubleshoot platform integrations, automate content posting, and drive engagement with followers. 
  • Workflow Optimization: Streamline daily operations by creating scalable, duplicatable processes, ensuring seamless execution across business and affiliate workflows.
  • AI Tool Integration: Manage and enhance AI-driven tools, ensuring efficient usage for content creation, marketing, and operational tasks. 
  • Calendar & Task Coordination: Manage the executives calendar, assist with scheduling, and handle task prioritization to maximize efficiency and focus.
