For this role, we are actively looking for experienced Executive Assistants with a background of supporting high-level clients who will be responsible for calendar and inbox management, organizing travel logistics, and other ad hoc tasks. This is a full-time position during Eastern Standard Time from 9AM to 5PM.


The following Job-related experience is required for potential candidates for this role:

  • Must have at least more than a year of experience as an Executive Assistant or similar role.
  • Must have proven experience working with C-level executives or equivalent.
  • Must be familiar with Customer Relationship Management (CRM) systems and database management.
  • Must be proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Must be highly organized with the ability to multitask effectively.
  • Must have excellent communication skills and strong attention to detail.


Your responsibilities will include but are not limited to the following:​​​​

  • Manage the client’s calendar, ensuring all appointments and meetings are scheduled accurately.
  • Support scheduling needs, arrange travel, and manage itineraries.
  • Answer and manage incoming calls and emails.
  • Keep all documents organized and maintain accurate records of contact information.
  • Send timely reminders to the client about upcoming appointments and meetings.
  • Track to-dos, monitor project tasks, and ensure everything is up-to-date.
  • Handle ad hoc tasks and stay on top of urgent tasks as they arise.
  • Perform additional duties as required to support the client efficiently.

  • Must have their own work device (preferably a desktop or laptop) and a stable internet connection.


Successful candidates for this role will be rewarded with the following benefits and compensation:

  • A total of five paid vacation days per year (additional days can be taken unpaid).
  • A 5% raise per year guaranteed (additional raises or bonuses may be given for outstanding performance).
  • A paid 15-minute break for every 4 hours of work.
  • Fully-paid healthcare benefits after 2 months of full-time work.
  • Compensation range: $3.00 - $6.00 per hour.


* Vacation days increase by 1 vacation day per year. I.e. after one year of employment, the total paid vacation days on year 2 would be six, on year 3 seven, etc.
