Job description

Status: Full Time FLSA Classification: Exempt

Summary of the Position: The Business Development Specialist will be primarily responsible for proactively identifying, creating, and assisting YAP leadership with pursuing growth opportunities for the organization. This role is strategic and directly linked to the organization's revenue generation and partnership development efforts for government and philanthropic funding.

Qualifications: Bachelor's Degree required.
