About the Role

As the Recruiting Coordinator, you’ll report to the Head of Business Operations and partner with hiring managers, recruiters, and company leadership to ensure a seamless and efficient hiring process while also supporting key People Operations initiatives.

This role is crucial in helping us scale our team while maintaining an exceptional candidate experience and fostering a strong foundation for our People function . You’ll be at the center of our hiring efforts—owning interview scheduling, candidate communication, and logistics—while also assisting with onboarding and employee experience. Your ability to manage processes and create a positive experience for both candidates and employees will directly contribute to Arcade Software’s growth and success.

What You'll Do
  • Own interview scheduling: Coordinate interviews across multiple time zones, ensuring a smooth experience for candidates and hiring teams.

  • Manage candidate communication: Serve as the main point of contact for coordination, keeping candidates informed and engaged throughout the process.

  • Maintain ATS accuracy: Keep our applicant tracking system (ATS) up to date, ensuring data integrity and process efficiency.

  • Optimize job postings: Post and update job listings across platforms to attract top talent.

  • Onboarding & Culture: Assist in creating a welcoming onboarding experience, ensuring new hires feel connected and supported from day one.

Must Have
  • Highly organized & detail-oriented: You can juggle multiple priorities without dropping the ball.

  • Strong communication skills: You write clear, professional emails and ensure candidates and employees feel valued and informed.

  • Proactive problem solver: You anticipate scheduling conflicts and operational needs before they arise, taking initiative to resolve them quickly.

Nice to Have
  • Experience with an ATS (e.g., Ashby, Greenhouse, Lever)

  • Previous experience in recruiting coordination or people operations.

  • Familiarity with HR tools and platforms.

Salary Range

$60,000 - $85,000 + equity
