Job description

We are looking to hire for one of our ecosystem projects. Our client, a leading digital assets ecosystem globally, is in search of an experienced Talent Acquisition Manager /or Director in Asia.

 

As the Talent Acquisition Manager /or Director, you will lead recruitment efforts on a worldwide scale, playing a crucial role in shaping the organization’s future by attracting top talent in the crypto space. The ideal candidate will have solid experience in talent acquisition, with relevant industry experience. 

 

In this role, you will focus:

  • Designing and executing a comprehensive global talent acquisition strategy to meet the organization’s evolving needs.
  • Overseeing and refining recruitment processes to enhance the candidate experience, from sourcing and screening through to offer negotiation and onboarding.
  • Collaborating closely with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and providing strategic guidance on best practices in talent acquisition.
  • Building and maintaining strong relationships with external partners, universities, and industry networks to expand the firm’s recruitment reach.
  • Leading employer branding initiatives to position the company as an employer of choice within the crypto and blockchain community.

Requirements:

  • A bachelor's degree or higher in Human Resources or a related field.
  • Over 6 years of recruitment experience within the fintech or financial industries.
  • A proven track record of building robust talent pools and conducting in-depth talent mapping, with a solid understanding of industry trends and job requirements.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills to build relationships with global candidates and conduct effective negotiations.
  • A demonstrated ability to deliver results in a fast-paced environment, driving the recruitment process and ensuring timely filling of critical roles.
  • Fluency in English is required.
