We’re looking for a Sales Development Team Lead to drive pipeline growth, optimise processes, and develop a high-performing SDR team. This is a hands-on leadership role where you’ll be responsible for coaching, motivating, and scaling our team to consistently exceed targets. You’ll work closely with sales, marketing, and operations to ensure a best in class outbound strategy that fuels revenue growth.

Lead, manage, and scale a team of Sales Development Representatives (SDRs) to exceed pipeline and meeting targets.
Coach and develop SDRs through regular training, call reviews, and 1:1 mentoring to enhance performance and career growth.
Optimise lead qualification by ensuring high-level execution and delivering well qualified opportunities.
Collaborate cross-functionally with Sales, Marketing, and Revenue Operations to refine messaging, improve lead conversion, and drive sales acceleration.
Analyse performance data to identify trends, optimise outreach effectiveness, and continuously refine sales strategies.
Ensure CRM and sales tool hygiene, maintaining accurate pipeline visibility and forecasting.
Own hiring and talent development, building a team of top-tier SDRs, and creating a strong culture of accountability and success.
