Are you a data-driven problem solver with strong analytical skills? We’re looking for a Marketing Data Analyst to support our referral program reporting, fraud detection, and marketing insights. If you thrive in a fast-paced environment and love working with data, this role is for you!

Salary Range: PHP 90,000 - 100,000 per month

Note: Rate/Salary will depend on your current competencies matched to the position’s job description and requirements based on the assessment results.

Key Responsibilities

Referral Reporting: Support reporting and validation of referral volume.
Fraud Detection: Identify fraudulent referrers and flag anomalies.
Milestone Tracking: Monitor and report when referrers hit key milestones.
Data Analysis: Work closely with marketing leads to generate and share weekly reports with insights.
Invoice & PO Processing: Assist with financial tasks, including invoice and purchase order processing.

Must-Have Skills:

Intermediate/Advanced Excel or Google Sheets proficiency (functions & formulas).
Data Visualization: Ability to read and analyze dashboards in Sigma, Tableau, or similar platforms.
SQL Knowledge: Can write or modify SQL queries in Mode, Snowflake, or similar programs (ramp-up support available).
Analytical Thinking: Strong numerical and problem-solving skills.
Communication & Organization: Can manage tasks efficiently and communicate insights effectively.
Detail-Oriented & Curious: Ability to work through ambiguity and take initiative.
Time Management: Ability to work 9 AM - 6 PM PST

Nice-to-Have Skills:

Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Finance/Accounting Experience: Familiarity with invoice processing, referral bonuses, and payment submissions.
Experience using Coupa and Jira.
