Your mission:
You are an analytical consultant for the data and insightsdriven development of our product portfolio. With your analyses, you identify growth potential and influence our product roadmap with your recommendations for action.
Heres how youll make an impact:
You drive analytics initiatives that inform product strategy, user growth, and engagement optimization, ensuring alignment between data outputs and business priorities.
You translate data into clear, impactful insights for product and marketing teams to guide feature development and customer experience improvements.
You develop actionable insights through powerful visualizations, cohort analysis, etc. supporting experimentation, lifecycle management, and personalization efforts.
You lead and own the implementation of data collection and product experimentation, establishing rigorous methodologies and clear metrics frameworks.
You mentor peer analysts and stakeholders in best practices for data interpretation, dashboarding, and storytelling, driving a datafirst product culture.
Your Qualification:
You have at least 5 years of experience in the digital environment. You have already worked as a Data Analyst (mfx) for at least 3 years and have mentored other analysts.
You have a degree in (business) informatics, economics, (business) mathematics, computer science, or comparable.
You have at least 2 years of application experience in SQL and a good technical understanding of common data modelling techniques such as Kimball’s Dimensional Modelling andor OBT.
You have experience in the use of business intelligence tools (e.g. Looker, Power BI, Tableau) and analytics tools (e.g. Mixpanel, Amplitude, Google Analytics).
You have relevant experience in the conception and evaluation of AB tests, a functional knowledge of statistical testing techniques is a plus.
