Recruiting Coordinator
Remote (Can live anywhere but must be willing to work CST hours)
6 Months Contract

Hours: 8-5 Daily

OVERVIEW: As a *** Talent Acquisition Coordinator, you will contribute to the overall success of the team by providing customer service to candidates and project coordination throughout the recruiting process.
Typical working day:
Prepare and send offer letters to prospective employees.
Update Smartsheet throughout hiring process.
Provide quality onboarding support to new hires, ensuring a smooth onboarding.
Order and Coordinate background screening and drug testing for candidates.
Monitor screening process and report candidate status to relevant stakeholders.
Escalate complex cases as per company policy.
Attend and participate in biweekly calls.
Handle additional assigned administrative tasks
Years of Experience needed: 2+ years needed as a recruiting coordinator or onboarding coordinator Level of Education: H.S Diploma Systems/Software proficiencies: Required: a type of Applicant Tracking System Preferred: Accurate (background vendor), Equifax for i9, mail merge, and DocuSign
