Previous roles. You worked in Project Management, as Personal Assistance or in HR Management.
Experience. At least 1 year in Project Management, HR, or related fields.
Language skills. Excellent written and spoken German and English (C2). French is a plus.
Communication. You communicate clearly and effectively. Listening and analyzing Communication is your strength, or you are eager to learn more about it.
Technical knowledge. Strategic thinking, combined with the ability to handle Applications like Jira, Confluence or HubSpot.
Education. You have successfully completed a bachelor degree in international-, business or HR management or related fields.
Generalist. You are highly organized, data-driven, and reliable, with a passion for analytics, AI, and ownership of your work.
Support our CEO & RPO. Assist in managing and supporting ongoing projects.
Contribute. Learn how to create and deliver job ads; communicate with customers and review applications.
