Position Summary  

Are you passionate about connecting seniors to the care they need? Do you thrive on the thrill of convincing and converting prospects into customers? As a Lead Nurturing Specialist at Flagship Health, you’ll play a critical role in turning marketing leads into new patients. Leveraging your skills in communication and relationship building, you’ll guide prospective patients through a scripted nurture process involving emails, texts, and calls. Once a lead is ready to schedule their first appointment, you’ll hand them off to our Sales/Outreach team.

Key Responsibilities   

  • Lead Management:  Oversee and manage all incoming marketing leads through HubSpot CRM.  
  • Lead Nurturing:  Follow a scripted process to nurture leads through emails, text messaging, and phone calls.  
  • Lead Engagement: Engage with leads to understand their needs and to convey how Flagship can deliver on their needs.
  • Brand Advocacy: Develop a fluency in Flagship’s established messaging to clearly articulate the who/what/when/why/how of Flagship to prospective patients.
  • Appointment Coordination: Transition qualified leads (leads who agree to booking their first appointment) to the Sales/Outreach team for scheduling and paperwork.
  • Performance Tracking:  Monitor lead engagement and progression within the CRM to ensure effective nurturing and consistent follow-ups.  
  • Collaboration:  Provide insights on lead quality and process improvements to the marketing and sales teams.

 Qualifications   

  • Experience: At least 2 years in a marketing or sales support role, preferably within the healthcare industry.
  • Tech-Savvy: Proficient in CRM software; HubSpot experience is highly desirable.
  • Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with a customer-first mindset.
  • Organization: Strong ability to manage multiple tasks and leads simultaneously with keen attention to detail.
  • Soft Skills: Compassionate, patient, and resilient; you thrive in a role requiring persistence and adaptability.
  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, or a related field (preferred but not required).

Compensation & Advantages

  • Base Salary: $53-60K based on experience
