Job Description:

We are looking to hire a QA Automation Lead (C# & .NET) to join our dynamic team.   If you have a passion for quality assurance and a strong background in .NET and SQL Server, we want to hear from you!  This role can be based anywhere in the United States.  

As a QA Automation Lead, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and executing automated test scripts to ensure the quality and reliability of our software applications. You will work closely with the development team to identify and resolve issues, and you will play a key role in maintaining the high standards of our products.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design, develop, and maintain automated test scripts using .NET frameworks.
  • Execute automated test cases and analyze results to identify defects and ensure software quality.
  •  Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • Proven experience as a QA Automation Tester with a focus on .NET technologies.
  • Thorough understanding of C# and .NET frameworks as it related to quality testing.
  • Experience with SQL Server, including writing complex SQL queries and stored procedures.
  • Familiarity with test automation tools such as Visual Studio Code, Selenium, NUnit, or similar.
  • Knowledge of software development life cycle (SDLC) and agile methodologies.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Collaborate with developers, business analysts, and other stakeholders to understand requirements and create comprehensive test plans.
  • Perform thorough regression testing when bugs are resolved.
  • Develop and maintain SQL scripts to validate data integrity and perform backend testing.
  • Identify, document, and track software defects using a bug-tracking system.
  • Participate in code reviews and provide feedback to improve code quality and testability.
  • Continuously improve test automation frameworks and processes.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry best practices and emerging technologies in test automation.

Salary Range: 

$100,900.00 - $176,600.00
