The Data and Digital HR Analyst sits within the HR Operations team and provides HR data expertise to the business along with maintaining the integrity of the data within the HR system (Workday). They will understand the HR and business needs at a functional level and be capable of leveraging technologies to address the best solutions for the HR community. They will translate the business needs into technical solutions within systems, processes and reports. They will have a wholistic understanding across HR processes and systems in order to maintain data consistency and improve efficiencies.

Responsibilities:

  • Design and generate people analytics reports in Workday, delivering detailed data insights to assist the team with data driven decision making.Prepare monthly and quarterly HR dashboards and reports that are shared with leadership.
  • Investigate data issues in Workday, collaborating with teams to resolve errors and ensure accurate data flow.
  • Manage and respond to first-line analytics queries through ServiceNow, leveraging Workday data for analysis and resolution.
  • Ensure accessibility of standard reports within Workday for end-users.
  • Modify existing reports and develop new ones in Workday, based on user requests or analytical needs.
  • Recommend enhancements to Reporting within Workday, participating in testing and implementation phases.
  • Update training materials and train users on how to access and analyze reports, including guidance on report & metric selection for specific analyses.
  • Conduct regular data audits, and coordinate with HR Operations and HR Business Partners to ensure data accuracy.
  • Identify opportunities for continuous improvement within the people analytics function and collaborate closely with the wider People Data and Technology and People Applications team.
  • Test the impact of system updates on reporting functionality in both Workday in alignment with release schedules.
  • Work closely with the People Data and Technology and People Applications function to complete UAT and troubleshoot reporting challenges within Visier and Workday.
  • Participate in global HR projects as needed, using expertise to support project goals.

Requirements: 

  • Workday HR reporting proficiency (Proven experience of using Workday to provide analysis and reports)
  • Bilingual English & Spanish
  • Able to work alone on a broad variety of tasks whilst maintaining strong relationships with peers
  • Ability to communicate at all levels across the business
  • Adaptable in a fast moving environment
  • Strong analytical and organizational skills
  • Able to prioritize and meet tight schedules and targets
  • Advanced in Microsoft Excel
  • Experience of using an HCM system preferred
  • Experience working with data analysis tools such as Power Bi or Tableau preferred
