Role Overview
As a Senior Manager, Executive Compensation Operations, you will be responsible for leading the operations of executive compensation programs, acting as the compensation partner for executive-related items, and driving improvements in compensation-related processes to ensure a consistent global approach.  This role can be based remote within the U.S.
Responsibilities
  • Provide support and counsel to leadership regarding executive compensation-related items, including coordination of executive benchmarking, grade leveling, pay recommendations, and executive transactions
  • Lead the annual executive compensation planning process for salary, short-term incentive and long-term incentive programs
  • Oversee executive compensation-related vendor relationships. Monitor performance and implement improvements to ensure high-quality service and delivery to our colleagues
  • Partner with various teams across HR to ensure appropriate systems and administrative processes are in place to support executive compensation programs
  • Develop and manage executive communications to ensure understanding of related programs by business leadership, HR business partners, and participants
  • Support the strategic assessment of program effectiveness and modeling of potential program changes
  • Partner with Finance on matters such as compensation-based accruals, funding requests and other ad-hoc requests
  • Participate in ad-hoc, broad-based compensation-related projects and other Human Resources Department initiatives

Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree required with 8+ years of experience in HR or Master’s degree with 6+ years of relevant experience
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities, with keen attention to detail
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships
  • Experience in annual incentive and equity-based compensation
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong math and financial analytic and problem-solving skills
  • Integrity and ethics in the handling of confidential company information

The salary range for this role is $145,000 to $175,000.  We may ultimately pay more or less than the posted range, and the range may change in the future. Pay within the salary range will be based on several factors including, but not limited to, relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, geographic location, performance, and business or organizational needs.
