We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Personal Manager to oversee the daily activities and needs of an individual or group. The Personal Manager will be responsible for managing schedules, coordinating appointments, handling correspondence, and managing personal finances. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, strong organizational abilities, and a high level of discretion and professionalism.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage the daily activities and needs of an individual or group, including scheduling appointments, coordinating travel arrangements, and managing personal finances.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for all correspondence and communication.
  • Act as a liaison between the individual or group and other professionals, including attorneys, accountants, and financial advisors.
  • Manage the individual or group's personal and professional relationships, including maintaining contact lists and coordinating social engagements.
  • Develop and maintain a budget and financial plan for the individual or group.
  • Oversee the hiring and management of household staff, including housekeepers, chefs, and drivers.
  • Provide administrative support, including drafting and proofreading correspondence and managing files.
  • Ensure confidentiality and discretion in all matters.

Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in business administration, communications, or a related field.
  • Several years of experience as a personal assistant or manager.
