Position Overview:

We are seeking a talented Key Account Executive to expand our presence in the European Central Region. In this role, you will play a crucial part in managing and growing key OEM customer relationships, driving sales, and enhancing our market share.

Key Responsibilities:

- Customer Management: Establish and nurture strong relationships with key OEM customers.

- Sales Growth: Identify new business opportunities and achieve sales targets.

- Market Strategy: Develop strategies for the embedded, visual, and server markets based on market trends.

- Technical Support: Provide expert guidance on Arrow’s integration and service solutions.

- Negotiation: Lead contract negotiations and manage renewals.

- Reporting: Generate detailed reports on sales performance and market insights.

Qualifications: 

- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, or a related field.

- Experience: Over 8 years in key account management or sales in the electronics or technology sector.

- Skills: Strong sales track record, market insight, exceptional communication, and negotiation skills. Proficient in CRM and MS Office.

- Attributes: Self-driven, results-focused, capable of handling multiple priorities, and willing to travel within Central Europe.
