Job brief

We are seeking a detail-oriented and customer-focused Account Manager focused on driving digital transformation in the global beauty industry through unparalleled AI-powered SaaS products. 

The Account Manager will play a important role of transforming bookings into revenue and ensure a seamless customer experience. The ideal candidate will have strong organizational skills, a customer-centric mindset, and a proven ability to manage multiple accounts effectively.

Responsibilities
  • Guide new customers through the onboarding process, ensuring a smooth transition from sales to account management.
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships, serving as the primary point of contact for post-sales activities.
  • Collaborate with finance and sales teams to ensure accurate revenue recognition and reporting.
  • Proactively resolve client issues, escalating when necessary to ensure satisfaction.
  • Identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities to drive revenue growth.
  • Generate regular reports on account status, revenue projections, and key metrics.
  • Partner with cross-functional teams to streamline processes and enhance the customer experience.
  • Work with the client success team to foster long-term relationships and reduce churn.
Requirements
  • Candidates with a bachelor's degree or higher in computer science or related fields, or with experience in software/SaaS development are preferred.
  • 5+ years of experience in account management, customer success, or a related role.
  • Proficiency in CRM software (e.g., Salesforce) and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Strong understanding of sales processes and revenue recognition principles.
  • Excellent written and spoken English and Mandarin can be used as a working language.
  • Detail-oriented with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
