Spreetail is seeking a Principal HR Business Partner to play a vital role in shaping HR strategies that enhance the employee experience while supporting business priorities. In this position, you will collaborate with business leaders on strategic people initiatives and implement and optimize HR programs. The ideal candidate will possess strong analytical skills, exceptional communication abilities, and a deep understanding of HR best practices, with the capacity to address competing priorities and influence optimal decisions across HR and leadership teams. How you will achieve success:
  • Develop and implement people strategies in order to achieve people initiatives and deliver results.  
  • Partner with senior leaders and their leadership teams to develop the talent strategy needed to support our growth, and build a work environment where all employees can thrive and grow.  
  • Function as a consultant and counselor to key leaders and their respective organizations; engage in strategic planning meetings to translate business needs into HR plans.  
  • Partner with the business on organizational design, workforce planning, succession planning, and skills assessment and development.  
  • Utilize business and HR metrics and analytics to inform decision-making and measure the effectiveness of HR initiatives.  
  • Provide timely and relevant data-driven insights to leadership to support strategic decisions.  

  • What experience will help you in this role: 
  • 7+ years experience working as a HR business partner, and driving organizational change initiatives and developing/supporting talent management processes. 
  • Preferred: Work experience in tech or e-commerce industry.  
  • Broad experience and specific knowledge of human resource theory, including employee relations, talent management, organizational design and performance management.  
  • Excellent written and verbal communication; high quality document preparation, data visualization, and facilitation skills.  
  • Able to analyze data to identify trends and execute action plans in partnership with business team leadership.
