About The Opportunity

We are looking for a strategic and results-oriented Human Resources Business Partner (HRBP) to support our Product and Tech organization. Reporting to the Senior Director of HRBP, the HRBP will act as a trusted advisor, driving decisions, championing our "People First" philosophy, and translating business needs into actionable talent strategies. The ideal candidate will possess strong business acumen, executive coaching expertise, a proven track record of leading projects, and exceptional communication skills to drive organizational change.

Where You Will Make an Impact

  • Understand the vision, purpose, and strategy of the business, and ensure alignment with our HR strategy.
  • Play a key role on the leadership teams of Product and Technology divisions, acting as a coach to leaders, and participating in planning and strategy meetings to translate business needs into HR strategies.
  • Coach and support leaders across multiple regions and time zones, including North America and Latin America, ensuring effective leadership development and alignment with organizational goals.
  • Lead business leaders in developing and refining HR strategic plans, and take ownership as the project lead to execute those plans.
  • Partner with business leaders on talent and performance management, competency requirements, development plans, and organizational design.
  • Assist the business in interpreting data and developing actionable plans to improve employee engagement and continuously enhance the overall employee experience.
  • Work alongside the team to forecast and plan talent pipeline requirements, ensuring alignment with the business strategy.
  • Understand Product and Technology division's reward program needs and opportunities, contribute to program design, and lead the implementation of compensation programs, including salary and promotion planning, incentive planning, and job architecture.
  • Leverage business metrics and people analytics to uncover insights, patterns, and opportunities for improvement.
  • Collaborate with HR Centers of Excellence to support Product & Technology' divisions with HR needs across performance management, talent acquisition, career development, diversity, compensation, and workforce planning.
  • Balance business objectives with a strong commitment to the employee experience, upholding our "People First" philosophy.
  • Manage and contribute to both functional and cross-functional people initiatives, collaborating with the People team’s centers of excellence.
  • Regularly review and benchmark internal and external environments to enhance employee policies and initiatives, driving overall business performance.

What You Will Bring

  • 7 to 12 years of demonstrated experience in converting business strategies into impactful people strategies, programs, and initiatives, driving successful execution.
  • Strong experience and passion for serving in a consultative role to business leaders, helping shape strategy, set goals, and ensure alignment.
  • Expert-level experience advising management on complex employee relations and performance issues.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead change management and organizational development strategies to drive and support change initiatives.
  • Proven experience working with U.S.-based leaders, navigating cultural and operational nuances to effectively support and influence business strategy.
  • Ability to identify new opportunities where the People Team can add value, and develop actionable plans to integrate those ideas into the business.
  • Exceptional communication and presentation skills, with the ability to engage with stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
  • Strong analytical skills to interpret people metrics and contribute to the development and execution of action plans.
  • Experience in a high-tech environment, with familiarity in the software industry preferred.
