YOUR ROLE

As the HR Business Partner, you will play a key role in overseeing HR functions, ensuring smooth and effective HR operations, and supporting the business in aligning HR strategies with organizational goals.

  • You oversee the performance cycle, ensuring timely and effective implementation of performance reviews, feedback, and development plans.

  • You manage training requests and support the development of programs aligned with organizational goals and employee growth.

  • You update and maintain the competency and skills matrix, ensuring alignment with strategic talent development goals.
