Job description

We are looking for an HR Business Partner to join United Tech. This is an opportunity to unlock your full potential and drive impactful initiatives in a role where HR truly makes a difference. As an HR Business Partner, you will work directly with the team of one of our key products, deeply involved in its growth and success. You will enhance communication effectiveness among specialists, elevate team management quality by training both leaders and their teams, and collaborate with a supportive, experienced group of HRBPs who are always ready to brainstorm and implement ideas.

About the product: It is a global streaming platform where users can find interesting streamers, send messages, and chat via video. Our mission is to help people overcome loneliness and boredom by creating a space for real-time interaction and positive emotions. With high-quality video streaming, 24/7 live events, and seamless online chats, we ensure a top-notch user experience without any ads. Our goal is to reach the top 5 streaming products within three years.

In this role, you will
  • Collaborate with the Head of Product and Head of Operations on HR processes
  • Drive impactful changes in HR processes based on business needs
  • Address HR requests from the Head of Product and Head of Operations, including projects on training, analytics, management development, and more
  • Manage the full employee lifecycle, from onboarding to offboarding
  • Conduct regular performance reviews, 1-1s with specialists, and provide quality feedback
  • Focus on employee engagement, motivation, and retention
  • Monitor team dynamics and implement initiatives to improve team climate
  • Develop and support the company’s corporate culture and values

  • It’s all about you
  • 5+ years of experience in HR, with at least 3 years in IT as an HR Manager, HR BP, or HR Generalist
  • Proven experience managing the full employee lifecycle in IT, with a minimum of 50 employees under HR responsibility
  • Ability to collaborate with direct managers to effectively assess results and business impact
  • Business-oriented and data-driven, with experience in using analytics to make informed decisions
  • Strong self-management, time management, and proactive initiative
  • Skilled communicator with the ability to build lasting relationships with employees and teams
  • Problem-solving mindset, working closely with business leaders to address workforce challenges and collaborating on solutions
  • English level: Upper-Intermediate or higher
