Our client, a global leading IT Service provider is searching for a Director-Human Resources Business Partner to join their project in Israel.

The Human Resources Business Partner Community enables strategic business initiatives during a transformational time. We are the face of HR to the business leaders. Partnering on organizational development and design, change management, developing and enabling talent strategies, Learning and Development initiatives, annual cycle programs, workforce planning as well as numerous run-the-business activities.



Responsibilities: 

  • You will support the SVP Enterprise Security and the Enterprise Security Group (ESG) Leadership team, partnering closely  with HRBPs in other regions as necessary.  In partnership with colleagues in the HRBP Community of Practice you will be responsible for HRBP support for our Israel location as well as local HR liaison activities in Israel.

  • You will be responsible for the strategic human resource support, providing client-focused strategies and solutions. You will ensure consistency in our practices and advocating for the business, employees, and managers.

  • In this role, you will be responsible for:

  • Working closely with the ESG leadership team to support them in delivering business outcomes through aligned people initiatives.

  • Working with COEs and peers, delivering and supporting outcomes of regular metrics, including Quarterly people metrics.

  • Evolving and embedding talent strategies to enable diversity, inclusion and engagement.

  • Collaborating with COE organizations and peer HRBPs to gather information and ensure business compliance with HR programs.

  • Applying sound knowledge with solid business acumen to determine objectives and approaches to critical challenges and programs.

  • Managing the employee life cycle; identifying trends, process gaps, support, capabilities, and efficiencies and address resolutions.

  • Overseeing employee relations matters, including engaging with local external parties in Israel as necessary, ensuring compliance with local legislation and partnering with the business throughout.





Qualifications: 

  • Have a strong track record of supporting senior leadership across multiple borders.

  • Have experience and ability in delivering in a global, high-growth and fast-paced environment, ideally in the tech industry.

  • Have strong interpersonal, communication and consultative skills, along with the ability to influence at the senior leadership level.

  • Have success working in a collaborative, matrixed environment, and a track record of accomplishments with measurable business impact.

  • Have the ability to address difficult issues and make tough decisions.

  • Have experience in managing change, shaping culture, influencing leadership, developing talent, managing risk and ensuring compliance.

  • Be able to work with the abstract and have a tolerance to ambiguity.

  • Enjoy leading and mentoring a high performing team.

  • Fluent in English and Hebrew.
