The Associate Marketing Technology Manager utilizes technology to support sales and marketing efforts on a corporate level and is responsible for all technical aspects of the organization’s marketing automation tool, including email marketing, marketing lead management, database/list management, campaign execution and analysis of campaign metrics.
The person in this position must be highly motivated and demonstrate exceptional communication and organizational skills, multi-tasking abilities, cross-team collaboration, and be innovative and forward-thinking.
The position requires extensive use of systems such as Account Engagement (Pardot), Salesforce, Zoom, and email creation software.
Primary Accountabilities:
Execute email marketing campaigns (including new solution announcements, newsletters, trade shows, webinars, advertising, etc.), utilizing content and imagery created by cross-functional teams.
Manage lead enhancement and database lists to accurately capture a campaign’s email audience.
Administer automation rules to ensure workflows are maintained and implement new workflows or lead management flows.
Design automation rules to maintain a clean database, removing hard-bounced, duplicative, or old leads.
Create tracking links for Inmar paid media campaigns and other marketing campaign efforts.
Design email templates using email-building software and/or HTML coding that uphold Inmar’s brand standards.
Create and update Pardot forms that are live on Inmar.com to generate and capture leads.
Audit form automation for accuracy to ensure critical lead details are captured.
Maintain and manage marketing technologies such as Pardot, Salesforce, Zoom, Vimeo, Survey Monkey, etc.
Design and implement automation rules for opt-in programs and other email compliance conditions.
Assist with Sales technologies (lead gen, training, project management, etc.), including system administration, reporting, and general usage.
Work with the Salesforce team to implement new work streams or develop solutions to challenges within the Salesforce platform.
Work cross-functionally to research, evaluate, and implement new sales and marketing technologies to improve workflows and productivity..
Execute on the migration of marketing automation systems or lead enhancement technologies.
Collaborate with Product Marketing Managers and stakeholders to create and maintain email nurture campaigns.
Work with members of the Sales organization to develop and execute ABM email campaigns.
Communicate with Product Marketing Managers to ensure campaign alignment.
Develop email marketing best practices and email compliance guidelines to share with all Inmar associates.
Ensure lead scoring and automation rules align with business objectives to optimize campaign results.
Develop marketing dashboards to measure open rates, click-through, deliverability, and conversions, aligning efforts with broader marketing strategies.
Report on email metrics, analyzing results to optimize future email campaigns.
Create reports in Salesforce for opportunities, campaigns, accounts, leads/contacts, and any other related Salesforce object.
Maintain organizational standards on objects within Pardot and Salesforce for clean records, naming conventions, divisional folders.
Create and manage all marketing-related Salesforce campaigns.
Create, manage, and clean campaign member lists.

Required Qualifications:
Bachelors in business, marketing, or communications required
3+ years of experience working with a marketing automation tool (i.e., Marketo, Pardot, Eloqua, etc.) required
3+ years of experience working with a CRM system (i.e., SalesForce or NetSuite) required, or any equivalent combination of experience and training that provides the required knowledge, skills, and abilities needed to complete the major responsibilities/essential functions of the position required
Experience with system integrations, a plus preferred
Technical savvy and comfort with software applications
Aptitude for learning new technology concepts and systems/software quickly
Driven to continuously improve systems and processes
Working knowledge of Google Docs, Google Sheets, Google Slides, Microsoft Word, Microsoft PowerPoint, Microsoft Excel is required
Working knowledge of HTML, CSS and other web programming languages is a plus
Working knowledge of project management software (i.e., Monday.com, Wrike, ASANA or Percolate) is a plus
