Overall purpose and responsibilities of the role:

The Inbound Marketing Associate plays a vital role in driving traffic through diverse and innovative lead generation campaigns. This role will collaborate closely with the marketing and sales teams to support a variety of lead generation initiatives and projects. From managing inbound conversion processes to scrubbing and enriching data for Salesforce.com, the role will contribute to business growth and enhance operational efficiency.

Duties and Responsibilities:

1. Facilitate High-Volume Processing of Inbound Form Conversions

• Efficiently manage and process a large influx of inbound form submissions. Ensure swift, accurate, and methodical handling of each form while maintaining strict data integrity and adherence to company protocols. Experience with managing high-volume workflows is essential.

2. Coordinate and Execute Outbound Appointment Setting for the Sales Team

• Leverage inbound lead conversions to schedule high-quality sales appointments. Prioritize leads based on specified parameters, effectively communicate with prospects, and ensure alignment with the sales team’s calendar and goals. Strong interpersonal and organizational skills are required.

3. Perform Comprehensive Data Collection and Analysis

• Gather, consolidate, and organize data from various sources. Monitor the accuracy and completeness of incoming data to ensure reliability for reporting and downstream decision-making processes.

4. Maintain Data Hygiene and Enrichment Procedures

• Conduct regular data audits to identify and correct discrepancies within the database. Enhance data quality by enriching records with relevant information, ensuring the system 2 remains a reliable source of truth. Proficiency in data management and high attention to detail are critical.

5. Upload and Manage Files Using Salesforce.com Import Wizard

• Prepare, clean, and format data for seamless upload into Salesforce.com via the import wizard. Address any import errors and inconsistencies promptly while adhering to system protocols and best practices.

6. Collaborate with Cross-Functional Teams

• Work closely with marketing and sales teams to ensure the successful execution of campaigns and projects. Offer insights and administrative support that contribute to the achievement of organizational objectives. Strong communication and teamwork skills are essential.

7. Follow Up on Past-Due Tasks Assigned to Sales Professionals

• Proactively monitor and track overdue sales tasks, providing reminders and updates to ensure timely completion. Take ownership of follow-up processes to support the sales team’s productivity and efficiency.

Requirements

  • BA/BS degree in Communications, Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is required.
  • Fluent English speaker with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to work flexible shifts, including nights and early mornings, to accommodate both UK and USA time zones.
  • Extensive knowledge and hands-on experience with Salesforce.com is a must, including the Import Wizard tool.
  • At least 1-2 years’ experience using Salesforce
  • Familiarity with or the capability to quickly master HubSpot or similar marketing intelligence tools is advantageous.
  • Proficiency in managing and maintaining large-scale data is essential.
  • Advanced computer skills with proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint).
  • Demonstrated ability to collect, analyze, and enhance data with a focus on accuracy, completeness, and quality assurance.
  • Experience conducting data audits, resolving discrepancies, and enriching records for dynamic and accurate reporting.
  • Exceptional ability to prioritize and manage a high volume of tasks efficiently without compromising on quality.
  • Capable of aligning multiple tasks and deadlines to meet organizational goals and maintain productivity in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proven ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams, fostering collaboration to achieve project outcomes and campaign success.
