The Role

Weā€™re on the hunt for a dynamic Marketing Campaign Associate, ready to unlock growth potential within our Enterprise client base. Weā€™ve signed some of the top brands in the world and aim to extend the value theyā€™re seeing from Ceros throughout the organization. Primarily, this position works with and supports the Enterprise Account Executive team in developing high-impact marketing campaigns designed to spark interest, educate, and engage enterprise clients around the value of premium interactive content.

This is done predominantly through tailored email campaigns, LinkedIn messaging, video outreach, and other creative marketing tactics. Marketing Campaign Associates work to generate awareness and curiosity, ultimately inspiring strategic conversations between key stakeholders and our Enterprise Account Executives. Success is measured by the number of high-quality meetings generated as a result of compelling, value-driven outreach.

During their tenure, Marketing Campaign Associates will gain a deep understanding of the Ceros product suite, key industry verticals, common customer pain points, relevant market trends, and the broader content marketing landscape. Training is designed to provide a strong foundation for future growth within Sales, Customer Success, Marketing, and/or Partnerships.

Key Responsibilities 

  • Responsible for creating demand and generating a pipeline of engaged, qualified leads that convert into meetings and opportunities for the enterprise team.
  • Use a variety of AI-powered marketing and sales tools, adapting your strategies with creativity and speed. A strong grasp of technology and how to use it to drive campaign success across multiple channels is essential.
  • Drive interest through personalized, insight-led campaigns leveraging email, LinkedIn, video, and other channels (e.g. Hubspot, Salesloft, Gong, Sales Navigator).
  • Strategically research and map accounts - leveraging 10-Ks, annual reports, and industry news - to tailor outreach to the most relevant trends, personas, and initiatives.
  • Master internal systems and tools (Hubspot, Metabase, Salesloft, Gong) to manage campaign activity, reporting, and performance optimization.
  • Develop deep knowledge of the Ceros value proposition within target industries and personas; translate that into messaging that resonates and drives action.
  • Build credibility by demonstrating a strong understanding of our clientsā€™ industries, challenges, and goalsā€”and position Ceros as the solution that helps them win.
  • Maintain full fluency in the Ceros suite and the impact it delivers, helping elevate the brand in every campaign interaction.

Practical stuff we anticipate you having

  • Strong preference for candidates with experience using HubSpotā€™s Marketing tools to build and manage campaigns, including email outreach, workflows, and audience segmentation
  • Marketing campaign execution experience in a fast-paced environment a must
  • Understanding of the B2B customer journey: from awareness and education to prospecting and opportunity creation
  • Ability to craft coherent, creative emails that effectively communicate value and inspire action across a variety of buyer personas
  • Confidence in communicating with VP- and C-level stakeholders, especially within marketing, digital, and content functions
  • Comfortable working in an evolving environment with a product thatā€™s constantly improving
