Job description

This is a remote position.

The Executive Assistant will provide high-level administrative support to the executive team while leveraging their sales and digital marketing skills to enhance our business operations. This role requires a proactive, organized, and detail-oriented individual with excellent communication skills and a proven track record in sales and digital marketing.

Responsibilities:

Executive Support:

  • Manage and maintain executive schedules, including appointments, meetings, and travel arrangements.
  • Prepare and edit correspondence, communications, presentations, and other documents.
  • Handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism.
  • Act as a liaison between the executive team and internal/external stakeholders.

Sales Support:

  • Assist in developing and implementing sales strategies to meet company objectives.
  • Coordinate with sales teams to prepare sales reports, track performance metrics, and analyze sales data.
  • Participate in sales meetings, providing administrative support and follow-up on action items.

Digital Marketing:

  • Develop and execute digital marketing campaigns across various channels, including social media, email, and online advertising.
  • Monitor and analyze digital marketing performance metrics to optimize campaigns and improve ROI.
  • Collaborate with marketing and creative teams to create compelling content that drives engagement and conversions.

General Administrative Duties:

  • Manage office supplies, equipment, and facilities.
  • Organize and coordinate events, conferences, and meetings.
  • Perform other administrative tasks as required to ensure smooth office operations.


Requirements


  • Minimum of 3 years of experience as an Executive Assistant or in a similar administrative role.
  • Proven experience in sales and digital marketing, with a strong understanding of digital marketing tools and strategies.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and digital marketing platforms (e.g., Google Analytics, social media management tools).
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • High level of professionalism and confidentiality.
