About the Role
As our ideal candidate, you are passionate about our mission and able to channel that energy into generating excitement amongst your prospective provider leads. Your primary focus will be recruiting independently licensed, master’s-level therapists, ensuring they meet stringent clinical, educational, and licensure requirements. Meeting and exceeding performance expectations motivates you, given you are directly contributing to reshaping behavioral health by recruiting high-quality, qualified providers to join us.
Essential Functions
- Proactively manage a robust pipeline of inbound and outbound leads to maintain a steady flow of provider candidates.
- Conduct extensive prospecting efforts and create outbound campaigns to generate new leads.
- Create and execute outbound email and cold call campaigns to engage net new providers, utilizing creative approaches tailored to various segments of licensed therapists.
- Continuously iterate on cold call and email scripts, testing new approaches and strategies to optimize outreach efficiency and conversion rates.
- Maintain accountability for daily and weekly activity metrics, ensuring consistent outreach through various channels, including phone, email, and social platforms.
- Screen and qualify prospective providers based on strict criteria, including:
- Verifying state-specific independent licensure (e.g., LPC, LCSW, LMFT, etc.).
- Confirming education levels meet clinical requirements for practicing independently.
- Ensuring clinical experience is sufficient to deliver quality care.
- Accurately locate and document each provider’s NPI (National Provider Identifier) and CAQH (Council for Affordable Quality Healthcare) numbers for credentialing purposes.
- Update warm pipeline’s ‘next steps’ section daily, ensuring timely follow-ups and outreach to keep provider recruitment on pace.
- Maintain a high level of attention to detail in data entry within our CRM system, ensuring all provider information is thoroughly documented and up to date.
- Act as the initial point of contact for prospective providers, guiding them through the recruitment process and providing an exceptional onboarding experience.
- Ensure recruitment efforts align with legal, ethical, and company-specific guidelines for licensure and credentialing.
- Collaborate with the internal credentialing team to streamline the transition from recruitment to active participation within our provider group.
- Participate in team interviews for new hires, providing input during hiring decision meetings to offer insight on potential candidates and contribute to the final hiring decisions.
- Assist in onboarding and training new SDRs, sharing best practices for cold outreach, lead management, and provider vetting processes.
- Take full responsibility for personal quotas and self-improvement by consistently seeking feedback, analyzing individual performance, and adapting strategies to improve efficiency and results.
What does success look like?
- Meet or exceed monthly performance goals for Sales Qualified Leads (SQLs), specifically in recruiting independently licensed therapists.
- Maintain accountability for warm and cold SQL targets, focusing on achieving weekly pacing toward monthly goals.
- Ensure a high conversion rate from lead to SQL by consistently vetting and recruiting qualified, high-caliber providers.
- Provide continuous feedback to improve recruitment strategies and enhance provider onboarding processes.
Who You Are
- 1+ years of inside sales or recruitment experience, preferably within the healthcare or behavioral health industries.
- Demonstrated experience in handling high-volume inbound inquiries and generating leads through cold outreach.
- Expertise in managing a large volume of relationships with prospective candidates and moving them efficiently through the recruitment funnel.
- Self-starter with the ability to take initiative, adapt to changing demands, and stay ahead of recruitment targets.
- Keen attention to detail, ensuring all candidate qualifications, licensure, and clinical requirements are met.
- Proficient in using CRM software (Salesforce preferred) and lead generation tools (e.g., Sales Navigator).
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with a professional and positive attitude.
- Strong organizational and time management skills, able to prioritize recruitment efforts effectively.
- Experience in a fast-paced, high-growth environment where adaptability and resilience are essential.
Our Benefits
The base salary for this role is $53,000. The total compensation range ( base + on-target earnings) is $70,000- $75,000. This role is eligible to participate in our uncapped commission plan.
