Job Summary:
Avantiico is looking for a driven and detail-oriented Sales Development Representative to play a key role in Avantiico's Sales Team by identifying and qualifying new business opportunities for Microsoft cloud technologies (primarily Microsoft Dynamics 365 ERP) and Avantiico ISV solutions (3PL Automation Cloud, Data Migration Accelerator and Advanced Multi Company Solution).
As Sales Development Representative, you’ll be the first point of contact for potential customers, focusing on outbound prospecting, lead qualification, and nurturing relationships to generate sales pipeline. Your efforts will help set the foundation for successful deals while creating meaningful touchpoints with our prospects.
This position is an hourly, full-time opportunity and is open to candidates located in Southern CA. This role offers the flexibility of working from home, with an expectation for periodic on-site presence at our San Diego downtown office.
Duties/Responsibilities:
- Research target accounts and identify new potential customers, including c-suite personas and decision makers, current ERP systems, licenses model etc.
- Initiate contact with leads via email, phone, and/or LinkedIn to qualify opportunities.
- Conduct personalized client follow-up activities through regular communication to engage prospects and drive interest (e.g., sending mailers, webinar invites, performing check-in meetings).
- Maintain and update accurate lead and prospect information using Dynamics 365 Sales and HubSpot.
- Promote company ERP and ISV products/services.
- Collaborate with the sales team to ensure smooth handoffs of qualified opportunities.
- Track, analyze, and provide weekly and monthly updates on outreach and meeting activities, engagement rates, and pipeline progress.
- Collaborate with sales and marketing teams for Avantiico targeted campaigns and Microsoft events.
- Stay up to date on the latest Microsoft industry trends, competitive landscape, and company offerings to effectively engage prospects and make informed recommendations for sales strategies.
Skills/Abilities:
- 1-2 years of experience in a sales, business development, or customer-facing role (B2B, B2C or SaaS experience preferred).
- Strong verbal and written communication skills for outreach via emails, calls, and LinkedIn.
- Strong research and organizational skills, and the ability to manage multiple leads, tasks and follow-ups effectively.
- Familiarity with CRM tools (HubSpot and Microsoft Dynamics CRM preferred). Familiarity with other sales automation tools is a plus.
- Knowledge of sales techniques, sales funnels, and lead generation strategies.
- A passion for sales, technology, and building relationships.
- Willingness to learn quickly in a fast-paced SaaS environment, and a strong work ethic and self-motivation to hit outreach and pipeline goals.
- Strong attention to detail, a self-starter, and proactive.
Education:
Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or related field is a plus.
