Job description

HRIS Analyst (Workday)

As an HRIS Analyst specializing in Workday, you will play a pivotal role in configuring, maintaining, and supporting various modules within the Workday Suite. You will collaborate closely with key stakeholders to understand their business needs, design and deliver efficient solutions, and effectively communicate system changes and enhancements.

What You Will Do:

  • Own the configuration for the various modules in Workday while ensuring collaborative solutioning for configuration changes that have impacts to other Workday modules, such as Compensation / Time Tracking / Absence/NA Workday Payroll Support etc.
  • Handle all escalated inquires/issues in the module of expertise (Talent Management/HCM/Security/Analytics/Advanced Comp/ Time Tracking).
  • Partner with key stakeholders to proactively analyze business requirements and translate them into effective and efficient configuration solutions, while communicating system capabilities and/or limitations to increase the impact of Workday and support communication of changes/enhancements to the business
  • Maintain strong documentation – design/configuration changes, process documentation, annual year end system maintenance/set-up requirements, etc.
  • Support the semi-annual release process with regression testing, reviewing both new automatically available functionality as well new functionality requiring configuration for consideration for our roadmap, assessing any potential impacts to the current ecosystem, implementing any configuration changes required, and determining any communication needs to ensure seamless transitions.
  • Utilize the ticketing/tracking tool as the central repository for all defects/changes requests from the business/key stakeholders.
  • Continually assess current configuration for opportunities to streamline processes, simplify configuration, reduce non-value-added activities, and reduce manual work arounds
  • Foster knowledge sharing and skill enhancement to key functional HR & HR sub workstream members and key stakeholders in the business to increase their knowledge/comfort level in Workday and support the self-service functionality Workday provides

    Analyste SIRH (Workday)

    En tant qu'analyste SIRH spécialisé dans Workday, vous jouerez un rôle crucial dans la configuration, la maintenance et le support de divers modules au sein de la suite Workday. Vous collaborerez étroitement avec les parties prenantes clés pour comprendre leurs besoins commerciaux, concevoir et fournir des solutions efficaces, et communiquer efficacement les changements et améliorations du système.

    • Documentation solide : Maintenir une documentation solide – changements de conception/configuration, documentation des processus, exigences de maintenance/mise en place annuelles de fin d'année, etc.
    • Support des mises à jour semi-annuelles : Soutenir le processus de mise à jour semi-annuel avec des tests de régression, en examinant à la fois les nouvelles fonctionnalités disponibles automatiquement et les nouvelles fonctionnalités nécessitant une configuration pour être prises en compte dans notre feuille de route, en évaluant les impacts potentiels sur l'écosystème actuel, en mettant en œuvre les changements de configuration nécessaires et en déterminant les besoins de communication pour assurer des transitions fluides.
    • Utilisation de l'outil de suivi : Utiliser l'outil de suivi comme référentiel central pour tous les défauts/demandes de changement provenant des entreprises/parties prenantes clés.
    • Évaluation continue de la configuration : Évaluer continuellement la configuration actuelle pour identifier les opportunités de rationaliser les processus, simplifier la configuration, réduire les activités sans valeur ajoutée et réduire les solutions de contournement manuelles.
    • Partage des connaissances : Favoriser le partage des connaissances et l'amélioration des compétences des membres clés des sous-flux RH et des parties prenantes clés de l'entreprise pour augmenter leur niveau de connaissance/confort dans Workday et soutenir la fonctionnalité en libre-service que Workday fournit.
