About The Role

Join us on our mission to build a world without borders! Due to a recent team promotion, we are actively seeking a commercially minded and entrepreneurial Sales Development Representative (SDR) to support Localyze in scaling the DACH market and help turbocharge our next stage of growth. Our ideal candidate is someone who is passionate about discovering the latest strategies to enhance outbound conversion rates and is eager to make a tangible impact.

Reporting to the Demand Generation Team Lead, and working closely with the other regional SDRs for the Netherlands and UK, and wider Sales Team, this role is pivotal in continuing to expand Localyze’s presence in the DACH region. 

What you’ll do

  • Outbound: Execute creative outbound lead generation to deliver qualified new business opportunities and meetings for Account Executives
  • Inbound: Manage inbound requests, complete discovery calls, and book demos for Account Executives.
  • Contribute to sales strategy: Collaborate with the wider SDR and Sales team to develop creative strategies for reaching targets and learn from each other in regular training sessions
  • Craft targeted campaigns: Create drip campaigns featuring tailored mailings, personalized sequences, and account-based marketing strategies for larger accounts
  • Creativity: Be creative and stay in touch with market trends - being first to target growing verticals and identify market gaps
  • Multi-threading account-based targeting: Collaborate with your Account Executive counterparts to multi-thread on high-interest accounts and generate meetings
  • Events: Nurture leads from our multi-channel marketing strategy into qualified business opportunities - including by attending local and regional events

 

About You

You’ll thrive in this role if you have:

  • 6-12 months of experience: You bring experience as an SDR or Account Executive, demonstrating outstanding conversion rates in selling B2B enterprise software products. Experience selling to senior stakeholders (Director level +) or to HR personas is a plus
  • Empathy and adaptability: You have experience selling to diverse customer groups, demonstrating the empathy needed to sell effectively to HR departments
  • Adaptability: You can communicate effectively, tailoring your approach to meet our prospect demands and identifying potential product customizations to enhance sales opportunities
  • Entrepreneurial: Self-starter, motivated individual, who is curious to try and test new things and isn’t afraid to fail 
  • Process-driven mindset: Keen sense and ability to automate recurring tasks, is organized and able to structure their day-to-day effectively
  • Goal-oriented: You are data-oriented, and use data and metrics to guide you
  • Growth: A genuine desire to succeed, have an impactful career and grow with a startup
  • Language skills: Native in German and fluent in English
  • Tech stack: Experience working with sales and revenue tools including HubSpot, Salesforce, Apollo, and Sales Navigator is a plus

This role is open to both full-time job seekers and part-time working students (min. 30 hours per week required).
