MISSION Working closely with the Market Leader Southern Europe with responsibility for the development, reactivation, and retention with the aim of encouraging clients to make us the first choice of supplier.Includes new business, account management and close relationships with travel professionals.KEY RESPONSIBILITIESFrequent targeted interaction to existing, new & recovery clients.Build lasting relationships.Work towards sales targets individually and as a team.Develop sales opportunities on an ongoing basis.Close follow up of clients from registration to booking.Visit planning using sales data.Attend key events in Spanish and Portuguese markets.Take part in training events in person & virtually.Feedback to Market Leader any improvements and propose actions.Creation of new clients.Assist clients with day-to-day support including Operational, Marketing, Financial & Technical.Provide weekly reports.Update CRM system daily.CANDIDATE PROFILE Candidates should ideally have at least three years' sales experience in the travel sector.
Excellent commercial relationship experience may substitute for less than 3 years experience.
