We are seeking a passionate and results-oriented Sales Executive based in Europe to join our team at Mitto, reporting to our Director of Global Partnerships. This role will be focused on selling Mitto’s omnichannel messaging solutions to a targeted list of enterprise customers that have adopted leading CRM systems, engagement tools, and SaaS platforms that Mitto is integrated with. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of the value of integrated communication solutions and be able to position Mitto as the preferred messaging gateway for these businesses.



How you’ll go beyond as Sales Executive:


  • Targeted Sales Strategy: Develop and implement a sales strategy focused on a curated list of potential customers who are using or considering major CRM, engagement, and SaaS platforms.
  • Solution Selling: Understand customer needs and present tailored omnichannel messaging solutions that leverage Mitto’s integrations and plugins to enhance communication capabilities.
  • Relationship Building: Establish and nurture relationships with key stakeholders and decision-makers within targeted accounts.
  • Market Expertise: Stay up-to-date on industry trends and the latest developments in omnichannel communication, CPaaS, and relevant software platforms.
  • Pipeline Management: Effectively manage the sales pipeline, ensuring consistent progress and accurate forecasting.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with Product, Marketing, and Customer Success teams to ensure customers receive a seamless experience from initial contact through to implementation and beyond.



What you bring to the table: 👩‍💻


  • Experience: Minimum of 2-3 years in a B2B sales role, preferably within the CPaaS, SaaS, or technology space.
  • Expertise: Proven track record of selling complex solutions, with experience targeting enterprises using CRM and engagement platforms.
  • Skills: Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation abilities, with a consultative sales approach.
  • CRM Knowledge: Familiarity with major CRM systems and how they can be integrated with messaging solutions.
  • Goal-Oriented: Ability to achieve and exceed individual and team sales targets consistently.
  • Nice to have: Spanish language is a plus.
