At Izo Academy, we are looking for a Sales Account Executive to manage the needs of the clients of the Izo Digital business unit, following the commercial management methodology (prospecting – analysis – proposal development – opportunity evaluation – sales closing – invoicing – reporting/dashboards).
At Izo Academy, we offer different types of training programs tailored to the needs and depth of knowledge that professionals seek when looking to upskill. Our portfolio of solutions is divided into certifications (2), programs (4), and specialized courses (4).
The role requires the ability to manage multiple opportunities simultaneously, as well as to respond quickly to client and team requests through email, phone calls, video conferencing, and WhatsApp.
The Sales Account Executive must be able to understand the team's requirements and objectives, be proactive, and continuously support the team.

What do we expect from you?
Ability to conduct prospecting activities to generate new business opportunities.
Ability to analyze client needs and develop value proposals that address those needs.
Management of the entire sales cycle from opportunity identification to closing and invoicing.
Development of commercial follow-ups and reports on the status of the pipeline and opportunities.
Ability to interact with clients through various channels: email, telephone, video calls, and WhatsApp.
Good command of CRM tools to manage and track opportunities.
High proactivity, organization, and goal-oriented attitude.
Collaborative spirit and strong team orientation.
Interest in continuous learning about sales methodologies, Customer Experience, and E-learning solutions.
What experience are we looking for?
Professional experience in sales, preferably in training services, consulting, or technology sectors.
Experience managing a sales pipeline and working under goals.
Knowledge of sales and account management methodologies.
Familiarity with CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot, Pipedrive).
Experience interacting with corporate clients.
