Job description

About The Role

This can be a part time or full time role.

As the Senior Manager, Sales & Executive Compensation, you will play a crucial role in enhancing and administering our organization's sales compensation programs.

In This Role, You Will

  • Design and/or enhance the sales compensation strategy function.
  • Collaborate with C-Suite leadership, Sales, HR, and Finance teams to administer compensation plans.
  • Conduct in-depth market research to benchmark the organization's compensation plans against industry competitors and emerging trends.
  • Oversee the rollout and communication of compensation plans to employees, ensuring clear understanding of plan mechanics.
  • Track the performance, evaluate attainment expectations, and develop budget and long-range forecast projections for compensation programs.
  • Analyze data related to sales, performance metrics, and other relevant indicators to evaluate the impact of variable compensation plans on business results.
  • Oversee the company’s long-term incentive programs

Minimum Requirements For The Role

  • 5+ years of sales and/or executive compensation management experience at a multinational company.
  • BPO experience preferred.
