As the Senior Manager, Sales & Executive Compensation, you will play a crucial role in enhancing and administering our organization's sales compensation programs.
In This Role, You Will
Design and/or enhance the sales compensation strategy function.
Collaborate with C-Suite leadership, Sales, HR, and Finance teams to administer compensation plans.
Conduct in-depth market research to benchmark the organization's compensation plans against industry competitors and emerging trends.
Oversee the rollout and communication of compensation plans to employees, ensuring clear understanding of plan mechanics.
Track the performance, evaluate attainment expectations, and develop budget and long-range forecast projections for compensation programs.
Analyze data related to sales, performance metrics, and other relevant indicators to evaluate the impact of variable compensation plans on business results.
Oversee the company’s long-term incentive programs
Minimum Requirements For The Role
5+ years of sales and/or executive compensation management experience at a multinational company.
BPO experience preferred.
