We are currently seeking an experienced Compliance Analyst with Quality Assurance/Marketing Review experience to join our compliance team. 

The Compliance Analyst will review marketing materials from a quality assurance standpoint and for consistency with US and International regulatory standards. The analyst will be responsible for ensuring that all marketing materials and communications comply with regulatory standards and company policies. This involves scrutinizing advertisements, promotional content, and public statements for accuracy, truthfulness, and the absence of misleading information. The analyst will collaborate with legal and regulatory departments to stay informed about the latest compliance requirements and industry best practices. Additionally, the analyst will offer guidance and training to marketing professionals on compliance issues in the creation of content that meets regulatory standards, thereby protecting the company’s reputation and maintaining consumer trust.

What are the ongoing responsibilities of Compliance Analyst?

  • Conduct data/editorial oversight and review/approval of product commentaries to ensure compliance with all applicable regulations, including SEC, and other relevant guidelines.

  • Analyze and interpret regulatory changes and updates to ensure ongoing compliance and mitigate potential risks.

  • Monitor and track marketing materials to ensure timely review and approval processes.

  • Maintain up to date knowledge of industry trends, regulations, and best practices.

What ideal qualifications, skills & experience would help someone to be successful?

  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business, Law, or related field.

  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in a compliance or quality assurance role.

  • Knowledge of SEC marketing rules and other regulatory requirements applicable to marketing and advertising in the financial services industry.

  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

  • Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving abilities.
