As a Specialty Experience Manager, you will play a critical role in overseeing the daily operations of our Specialty Care team, ensuring high-quality service delivery, and supporting both patients and internal stakeholders. You’ll lead a team of dedicated professionals, troubleshoot claims issues, manage performance goals, and ensure smooth operations across the board. Work in Office: 40%, Work from Home: 60%

What You’ll Do:
Claims Processing & Member Support

  • Provide expert support to members, pharmacies, and physician offices regarding claims inquiries.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve claims issues in the Rx claims adjudication system.
  • Oversee and guide the Specialty Care team to ensure top-notch service and problem resolution.
  • Team Management & Development
  • Set priorities and manage team performance, ensuring alignment with goals for accuracy, response time, and service standards.
  • Conduct training sessions, offer coaching, and provide feedback to help your team thrive.
  • Lead performance reviews, corrective actions, and foster a culture of continuous improvement.
  • Administrative & Operational Support
  • Track and report on team performance metrics, partnering with cross-functional teams to optimize processes.
  • Maintain clear communication across departments to ensure smooth, aligned operations.
  • Monitor daily activities, implement improvements, and adapt to new challenges.

What You Bring:
Experienced Leader with 1+ year in management and 4+ years of customer service experience.
Detail-Oriented and skilled at multitasking in a fast-paced environment.
Strong Communicator with a knack for problem-solving and conflict resolution.
Tech-Savvy with proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word), and experience with Smartsheet a plus.
Adaptable and Motivated to drive improvements and deliver results under pressure.
