  • Collaborate with internal teams to relay customer feedback and contribute to service improvement initiatives.

  • Analyze customer interactions and compile reports to identify trends and areas for enhancement.

Requirements

  • Fluency in German and English, both written and spoken.
  • Previous experience in customer service or a similar client-facing role is preferred.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to multitask and work effectively in a fast-paced remote environment.
  • Familiarity with customer service software and tools is a plus.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • An interest in online media and familiarity with industry trends.
