Job Description :


We are seeking a skilled Data Migration Specialist to lead the migration of data from Blackbaud CRM to Microsoft Dynamics 365. This critical role involves ensuring data integrity, quality, and security throughout the migration process while collaborating with stakeholders to meet project goals.

Required Skills:

• Proficiency in Microsoft Dynamics 365 is essential. Experience with Blackbaud CRM is a plus.
• Strong understanding of data structures, data integrity, and data quality principles.
• Expertise with ETL tools such as SSIS, Azure Data Factory, or KingswaySoft.
• Advanced SQL skills for data extraction, transformation, and troubleshooting.
• Experience in data mapping and migration strategies for CRM systems.
• Knowledge of scripting languages (Python, PowerShell) for automation.
• Strong project management skills to plan and monitor migration tasks.
• Problem-solving mindset with the ability to address technical challenges effectively.
• Excellent communication skills for collaborating with technical teams and stakeholders.
• Familiarity with data security and compliance best practices.

• Experience in CRM data migration projects, particularly involving Dynamics 365.
• Background in nonprofit, education, or similar industries utilizing Blackbaud CRM.
• Certification in Dynamics 365 or related tools is a plus.
