About the Role

We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Inside Sales Representative to join our dynamic sales team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying and developing new enterprise or big ticket size leads, communicating with prospects, understanding their needs, and ensuring a smooth sales process. You should be able to close sales and meet targets.

What you’ll do

Communicate effectively with customers and diligently follow up on leads to foster relationships and drive sales.
Understand customer needs and identify sales opportunities that align with their requirements.
Address potential customers' inquiries and provide additional information via email to facilitate their decision-making process.
Stay updated on product and service offerings to ensure accurate and timely information is shared with clients.
Explain the features and benefits of products and services clearly and effectively.
Monitor competing products and services to maintain a competitive edge in the market.
Upsell products and services by identifying opportunities that may enhance customer satisfaction and value.
Conduct research to qualify new leads and expand the sales pipeline.
Close sales and consistently achieve or exceed sales targets.
