Promote our products and services using a prepared script. Able to adjust pitch spontaneously if the situation demands it.
Engage with prospective and current customers to answer questions and address concerns.
Maintain customer files with utmost accuracy in our database.
Uphold Spines’ high standards in customer service.
Suggest changes that could enhance efficiency or decrease costs.

Requirements:

Proven experience in telephone sales.
Outstanding written and verbal communication skills.
Strong teamwork skills and ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously under pressure.
Full-time availability for a remote position.
Fluent English (both written and verbal). Ideally C1 upwards.
Self-starter with a can-do attitude.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Salesforce (preferred).
