What You'll Do

As a Part-Time Inside Sales Agent at Sozoroad, you will play a key role in engaging with prospective clients, supporting sales efforts, and driving revenue growth.

Responsibilities

Proactively engage with inbound leads and follow up on potential clients through phone, email, and other communication channels.

Develop and maintain relationships with potential and existing clients to generate sales opportunities.

Qualify leads and assess customer needs, providing information about our real estate services and solutions.

Collaborate closely with the sales and marketing teams to develop sales strategies and meet company sales goals.

Provide exceptional customer service and ensure a positive client experience throughout the sales process.

Manage CRM software to track leads, prospects, and sales opportunities.

Prepare sales reports and forecasts, communicating results to the management team.

Stay up-to-date with market trends, company offerings, and the real estate industry to communicate with clients effectively.

Handle objections and negotiate sales deals to close transactions.

Support other sales and marketing activities as needed, ensuring timely follow-up and lead management.

Requirements

Knowledge of the real estate market or willingness to learn.

A bachelor's degree in sales, communications, marketing, or a related field is not required, but preferred. Equivalent experience will also be considered.

Strong verbal and written communication skills in English.

Adaptability to work within Eastern Standard Time (EST) for efficient collaboration.

Ability to manage time effectively while handling multiple leads and follow-ups.

Familiarity or experience with CRM systems, lead management processes, and sales tracking.

Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to build relationships with clients and team members.

Self-motivated and goal-oriented with a passion for closing deals and driving results.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Ability to follow scripts without sounding mechanical.

Ability to handle being rejected and remain calm and collected.
