Position Overview: We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Inside Sales Representative to join the remote sales team of a leading IT Solutions Provider. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in IT sales, with expertise in quoting tech products such as networking, collaboration, data center, cybersecurity, managed services, and hardware. As an Inside Sales Representative, you will be responsible for setting up sales appointments for the company’s account managers and engaging with U.S.-based customers to drive sales growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain relationships with U.S.-based customers to understand their IT needs and requirements.
  • Quote tech products including networking, collaboration, data center, cybersecurity, managed services, and hardware.
  • Schedule and coordinate sales appointments for account managers.
  • Follow up on leads and opportunities to convert them into sales.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activities in our CRM system.
  • Work closely with the sales team to ensure alignment and successful execution of sales strategies.
  • Provide exceptional customer service and support throughout the sales process.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience as an Inside Sales Representative or similar sales role within the IT industry.
  • Strong knowledge of tech products including networking, collaboration, data center, cybersecurity, managed services, and hardware.
  • Demonstrated ability to quote and sell IT solutions to U.S.-based customers.
  • Excellent English proficiency, both written and verbal.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a customer-centric approach.
  • Ability to work independently in a remote setting and manage multiple priorities effectively.
  • Proficiency in using CRM software and other sales tools.
